Product Owner/Business Analyst - IT

Orcapod Consulting Services is looking for a Product Owner II to lead product execution for automated scheduling applications across labeling and corrugated ERP platforms.

This role works closely with product management, engineering, UX, and customers to translate roadmap initiatives into actionable development work and ensure scheduling products deliver measurable operational value for manufacturers.

• Own and manage the product backlog for the automated scheduling products
• Work with Product Managers to create epics from initiatives and roadmap projects
• Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer needs and business goals
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and architecture teams during sprint planning, development, and release cycles
• Engage with customers to understand manufacturing workflows, scheduling challenges, and product opportunities

• Total 8+ years of professional experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software environment
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical product specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
