NPCI is hiring a Product Manager to own UPI product features and ecosystem initiatives for India's most transformational payment network processing 10B+ monthly transactions.
You will work on UPI Lite, UPI 123Pay, credit line on UPI, and merchant payment features that shape how 400M+ Indians pay daily.
- 5–8 years product management experience in fintech or banking
- Deep understanding of UPI, payment rails, and RBI guidelines
- Experience with B2B2C payment product strategy
- Strong regulatory and compliance awareness in Indian fintech
- SQL and data analytics skills
- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
- Own UPI feature roadmap for specific payment vertical
- Write product requirements for member bank and PSP integration
- Coordinate with NPCI technical teams, NPST, and RBI
- Define KPIs for UPI feature adoption and monitor monthly metrics
- Present product strategy to NPCI Board and member banks
