BillDesk is looking for an experienced Product Manager for Payments to own the product roadmap for its payment gateway APIs and merchant onboarding products. You will work closely with banks, enterprise merchants, and technical teams to define product strategy and drive execution.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of India's payment ecosystem — UPI, NACH, NEFT, IMPS, cards — and understands the regulatory environment around payment gateways. Fintech product management experience is essential.
- Define and own the product roadmap for BillDesk's payment API products
- Work with NPCI, banks, and enterprise merchants on product integration requirements
- Lead product launches for new payment methods and merchant segments
- 5-8 years of product management experience in fintech or payments
- Deep knowledge of India's payment infrastructure (UPI, NACH, IMPS, NEFT, card rails)
- Experience working with RBI regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to write detailed PRDs
- MBA from a top-tier institute or equivalent experience
- Own product vision and roadmap for payment gateway and merchant products
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and compliance teams on product development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with partner banks and merchants
