MPL is looking for a sharp Product Manager to own the mobile app experience for its 90 million users. You will define the product strategy and roadmap for onboarding, game lobby, tournament discovery, and wallet features — ensuring MPL remains the most engaging gaming platform in India.
The role requires a strong data-driven mindset, deep empathy for casual gamers, and the ability to ship at high velocity. You will work closely with engineering, design, growth, and business teams.
- Define and own MPL's app experience roadmap for onboarding and engagement
- Drive A/B experiments to improve conversion and session length
- Collaborate with game studios on game integration requirements
- 3-6 years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps
- Strong analytical skills — proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools
- Experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation
- Understanding of gaming mechanics and engagement loops is a major plus
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- MBA or B.Tech from a top-tier institution preferred
- Define product requirements and PRDs for assigned feature areas
- Run data-driven experiments to optimize user acquisition and engagement
- Work with engineering to deliver features on schedule
- Analyze user feedback, reviews, and behavioral data
- Prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
