Groww is hiring a Product Manager for its Lending team to own the personal loan, margin trading, and securities-backed lending products for 10M+ active investors.
You will partner with credit risk, engineering, and regulatory teams to build safe, compliant, and delightful lending experiences.
- 4–6 years product management in fintech or banking
- Lending or credit product experience: personal loans, BNPL, or margin
- Strong SQL and credit analytics skills
- Understanding of NBFC and RBI digital lending guidelines
- Clear PRD and user story writing ability
- MBA from top-tier institute or B.Tech with strong lending PM track record
- Own Groww lending product roadmap and OKRs
- Write PRDs for personal loan and margin trading features
- Collaborate with credit risk team on underwriting model integration
- Ensure RBI digital lending guideline compliance in all features
- Run experiments to improve loan conversion and NPA rates
