- 5–8 years PM with wealth management or investment product experience
- Mutual fund, stock, and alternative investment product design expertise
- SEBI AMFI and investment advisory regulatory framework knowledge
- Strong SQL and investor behaviour analytics
- Experience building investment discovery and personalisation features
- MBA from top-tier institute or CFA preferred
- Own mutual fund, US stocks, and FD product roadmap
- Build AI-powered investment recommendation and goal planning features
- Define investor onboarding and KYC journey optimisation
- Ensure SEBI AMFI and investment advisory compliance for all features
- Run experiments to improve investor activation and AUM growth
- Present investment product strategy to Groww co-founders
