Acko is hiring a Product Manager for the Motor Insurance product team, owning the digital purchase, renewal, and claims journey for 5M+ car and bike insurance customers.
You will blend insurance domain expertise with strong product and data skills to build the world's most seamless digital insurance experience.
- 4–6 years product management experience
- Insurance or BFSI domain expertise strongly preferred
- Strong SQL and funnel analytics
- Experience with IRDAI regulatory compliance in product design
- A/B experiment design and customer journey analysis
- MBA from top-tier institute or equivalent PM track record
- Own motor insurance purchase, renewal, and claims product roadmap
- Write detailed PRDs for instant claim settlement and policy features
- Collaborate with actuarial and risk teams on product pricing
- Run A/B experiments to improve conversion and NPS
- Ensure IRDAI regulatory compliance for all digital insurance features
- Present product updates to Acko CEO and board monthly
