CRED is hiring a Product Manager for the Growth team responsible for user acquisition, activation, and engagement across India's most premium fintech platform.

You will run rigorous experiments, partner deeply with data science and engineering, and ship features that delight 10M+ high-net-worth users.

3–6 years product management in consumer tech or fintech
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience running A/B experiments at scale
User research and usability testing experience
Clear PRD and user story writing
MBA from top-tier institute or equivalent PM track record

Own Growth product roadmap and quarterly OKRs
Write detailed PRDs and collaborate with engineering
Design and analyse A/B experiments
Define and track North Star and guardrail metrics
Coordinate cross-functional launches
Present strategy updates to senior leadership
