Whatfix is hiring a Product Manager to own the AI-powered employee experience features — smart onboarding, personalised learning paths, and real-time in-app support for enterprise employees learning new software tools.

4–6 years PM with LXP, L&D platform, or HCM product experience
Understanding of enterprise employee experience and talent development
Generative AI and LLM integration for product features
Strong SQL and product analytics
Experience collaborating with enterprise customers on product discovery
MBA from top-tier institute preferred

Own AI-powered onboarding and learning features roadmap
Write detailed PRDs for LLM-powered in-app help and guidance
Partner with ML engineers on AI feature development
Conduct product discovery with CHROs at Fortune 500 clients
Define personalisation and adaptive learning product strategy
Present employee experience product vision to Whatfix CEO
