IndiaLends is hiring a Product Manager to own the personal loan and credit card discovery and application journey for 10M+ borrowers — improving loan eligibility, offer personalisation, and application conversion across digital channels.
- 4–6 years PM experience in fintech or digital lending
- Personal loan or credit card product experience
- Deep understanding of bureau scores, credit decisioning, and lending funnels
- Strong SQL and analytics skills
- RBI digital lending guidelines knowledge
- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
- Own personal loan and credit card product roadmap
- Build personalised loan offer and eligibility features
- Run A/B experiments to improve loan application conversion
- Define credit decisioning and bureau integration requirements
- Partner with 60+ lending partners on product integration
- Present product strategy to IndiaLends CEO and investors
