Darwinbox is hiring an experienced Product Manager for its Core HR and Payroll module — the most critical and complex part of its HRMS platform used by 850+ enterprise clients. You will own the product roadmap for workforce management, payroll processing, and compliance features across 100+ countries.

The ideal candidate understands B2B SaaS product management deeply, has experience in HR technology or payroll systems, and can manage both product depth and breadth across complex regulatory requirements in multiple geographies.

Own the roadmap for Darwinbox Core HR and Payroll features
Work with enterprise clients to gather requirements and validate product decisions
Drive compliance feature development for India, SEA, and Middle East payroll regulations

4-7 years of B2B SaaS product management experience
Prior experience with HRMS, ERP, or payroll systems strongly preferred
Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into product features
Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency for data-driven decisions
Excellent written communication for PRDs, API specs, and client presentations
MBA from a tier-1 institution or equivalent experience

Define and own product strategy for Core HR and Payroll features
Write detailed product requirements with engineering-ready acceptance criteria
Conduct customer research and discovery with enterprise CHRO/HR leaders
Prioritize backlog and manage competing demands from sales, customers, and compliance
Measure product success through adoption, NPS, and revenue impact
