Udaan is hiring a Product Manager for the B2B Marketplace team to own the discovery, catalogue, and ordering experience for 3M+ small retailers buying FMCG, electronics, and pharma products digitally through Udaan.
- 4–6 years product management in B2B or marketplace platforms
- B2B commerce, distribution, or supply chain domain experience
- Strong SQL and data analytics skills
- Experience building products for small business or SME segments
- Excellent PRD writing and cross-functional collaboration
- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
- Own B2B marketplace discovery and ordering product roadmap
- Write detailed PRDs for catalogue, search, and checkout features
- Run A/B experiments to improve retailer ordering conversion
- Analyse retailer behaviour and identify experience friction points
- Collaborate with logistics and category teams on product strategy
- Present roadmap to Udaan executive leadership quarterly
