Swiggy's Product Analytics team is looking for a Product Analyst to drive data-backed insights for the Swiggy Food growth and discovery product area. You will work closely with PMs and engineers to define metrics, run experiments, and build dashboards that help Swiggy understand how users discover and order food.
This is a high-visibility role in a team that directly influences product decisions affecting millions of orders daily. Strong SQL skills and analytical rigour are must-haves.
- Define and track key product metrics for food discovery and conversion
- Design and analyze A/B experiments for new product features
- Build self-serve dashboards for product and business stakeholders
- 2-4 years of product analytics or data analytics experience in consumer apps
- Advanced SQL skills (complex CTEs, window functions, subqueries)
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance testing
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) for analysis
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Looker)
- Consumer internet or food delivery domain experience is a plus
- Define, track, and improve product health metrics for assigned product area
- Run A/B experiment analyses and communicate results to product teams
- Build automated dashboards tracking conversion funnels and growth KPIs
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to explain anomalies in product metrics
- Present analytical findings with clear business recommendations
