Innovaccer is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to define the technical architecture for the Innovaccer Health Data Platform — the FHIR-native, HIPAA-compliant data infrastructure serving 100M+ patient records for 3,000+ US healthcare organisations.
- 10+ years engineering with 2+ years Principal Engineer experience
- Expert FHIR R4 healthcare data platform architecture
- Distributed systems and healthcare data interoperability at scale
- Java or Python with microservices architecture governance
- HIPAA Security Rule and healthcare data compliance expertise
- Cross-functional technical leadership in healthcare tech
- Define Innovaccer Health Data Platform technical architecture
- Lead FHIR interoperability and EHR integration architecture decisions
- Drive platform scalability for 200M+ patient records
- Review and govern high-impact technical proposals
- Represent engineering in Innovaccer product and US customer forums
- Mentor senior and staff engineers on healthcare platform engineering
