Capgemini Insights & Data practice is hiring a Power BI Developer to build executive analytics dashboards and self-service BI platforms for manufacturing and retail clients across India and Europe.

You will design semantic data models, write complex DAX, and train business users on self-service reporting capabilities.

  • 2–4 years Power BI development experience
  • Advanced DAX and Power Query (M language)
  • Star schema and dimensional data modelling
  • Azure Synapse Analytics or SQL Server data sources
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Stakeholder requirements gathering and presentation
  • Build executive and operational Power BI dashboards
  • Write complex DAX measures for financial and logistics KPIs
  • Connect reports to Azure Synapse and SQL Server
  • Design and implement Row-Level Security
  • Train business users on self-service analytics features
