Whatfix is hiring a Platform Product Manager to own the core digital adoption platform product — the content authoring, delivery engine, and analytics features used by L&D teams at 700+ global enterprises.

5–8 years product management in enterprise SaaS
L&D or digital adoption platform domain experience preferred
Strong technical background — prior engineering experience preferred
SQL and data analytics
Enterprise buyer persona understanding: CHRO, CIO, and L&D
Experience managing complex platform product roadmaps

Own Whatfix core DAP platform roadmap
Write detailed PRDs for content authoring and delivery features
Define analytics instrumentation for platform usage metrics
Collaborate with enterprise customers on product discovery
Partner with engineering and design on quarterly feature delivery
Present platform strategy to Whatfix CEO and board
