Cashfree Payments is hiring a Platform Product Manager for the API Banking and Payouts product line serving 500,000+ Indian businesses with instant bank transfers, payroll, and vendor payment features.

4–6 years PM experience in fintech or API-first platforms
Deep understanding of IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and banking APIs
RBI payment system regulations and compliance knowledge
Strong technical aptitude — prior engineering experience preferred
SQL and analytics skills
Experience building payout or disbursement products preferred

Own Cashfree Payouts and API Banking product roadmap
Write detailed technical PRDs for payout and disbursement features
Define compliance requirements for new payment rails integration
Partner with engineering and banking partners on API design
Run experiments to improve payout success rate and speed
Present API Banking strategy to Cashfree founders quarterly
