Innovaccer is hiring a Platform Engineer to manage the HIPAA-compliant AWS Kubernetes infrastructure running the Healthcare Data Platform that processes 100M+ patient records for 3,000+ US health systems.

4–6 years platform or DevOps engineering
AWS EKS and Kubernetes in HIPAA-compliant environments
Terraform IaC with healthcare data security controls
HIPAA Security Rule technical safeguard implementation
Prometheus and Grafana observability
Python or Go for platform tooling

Manage Innovaccer AWS EKS clusters in HIPAA-compliant configuration
Implement Terraform IaC with HIPAA security controls
Build HIPAA audit logging and access control infrastructure
Set up PHI data encryption and key management at rest and in transit
Monitor platform reliability for healthcare SLA requirements
Support HITRUST and SOC 2 compliance certification programmes
