PolicyBazaar's engineering team is hiring a PHP Laravel Developer to build and maintain the insurance comparison portal that helps 80M+ Indians buy the right health, life, and motor insurance products.

You will develop new product features, integrate with 50+ insurance company APIs, and maintain the platform that drives crores in insurance premium daily.

  • 2–4 years PHP and Laravel experience
  • Strong MySQL and Redis expertise
  • RESTful API design principles
  • PHPUnit testing
  • Vue.js or React for full-stack tasks
  • Basic understanding of insurance domain preferred
  • Build and maintain insurance comparison features
  • Develop and integrate insurer partner APIs
  • Write PHPUnit tests for API endpoints
  • Fix production bugs and improve performance
  • Participate in architecture discussions
  • Maintain clear API documentation
