- 5–7 years SRE or platform engineering in high-traffic fintech
- AWS multi-region production reliability at 500M+ user scale
- Kubernetes and container orchestration at massive scale
- Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty observability stack
- Go or Python for reliability tooling and chaos engineering
- Payment or e-commerce high-availability engineering experience
- Define SLOs and error budgets for PhonePe payment-critical services
- Lead P1 incident command for payment platform outages
- Build automated self-healing and chaos engineering programmes
- Optimise multi-region failover for 99.999% payment uptime
- Drive AWS cost optimisation across 5B+ monthly transaction infrastructure
- Mentor engineers on reliability engineering at hyperscale
