- 7–10 years technical program management in fintech or large consumer tech
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred
- Experience driving programmes across 10+ engineering teams
- RBI regulatory change management experience preferred
- Strong Jira, Confluence, and OKR management tools expertise
- B.Tech from reputed institute with MBA preferred
- Lead cross-functional payment product and regulatory mandate programmes
- Coordinate 10+ engineering teams on complex platform migration programmes
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholder communication
- Track quarterly OKR delivery and escalate blockers to PhonePe leadership
- Drive NPCI regulatory change implementation across payment platform
- Produce weekly programme status and OKR health reports
