PhonePe is hiring Merchant Onboarding Executives to sign up new merchants across Delhi NCR for PhonePe For Business — helping kirana stores, restaurants, and service providers accept UPI and card payments through PhonePe's 37M+ merchant network.
- 0–2 years field sales, merchant acquisition, or payment domain experience
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred
- Smartphone and app proficiency
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Freshers welcome
- Visit 20–25 merchant outlets daily across assigned Delhi NCR territory
- Onboard new merchants onto PhonePe For Business UPI and card payment platform
- Conduct KYC document collection and merchant account setup
- Train merchant staff on PhonePe For Business app operation
- Submit daily field visit and merchant sign-up reports via PhonePe sales app
