- B.Tech/M.Tech in CS from IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent reputed institute — 2024/2025 batch
- Strong Java, Go, or Python fundamentals
- Data structures, algorithms, and system design basics
- CGPA 7.5 or above preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving through competitive programming preferred
- Build payment platform features under senior engineer mentorship
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews
- Complete PhonePe engineering induction and foundation programme
- Attend daily standups, sprint planning, and technical learning sessions
- Ship first production feature within 90 days
