PhonePe is hiring a Compliance Manager to own the RBI Payment System Operator, Payment Aggregator, and UPI technical service provider regulatory compliance — ensuring India's largest UPI platform remains compliant as it processes 5B+ monthly transactions.
- 6–9 years RBI payment system compliance experience
- RBI PSO and Payment Aggregator framework expertise
- NPCI UPI, IMPS, and BBPS operational guidelines
- PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance management
- CA or CS with payment system compliance specialisation
- Experience managing NPCI and RBI periodic inspections
- Own PhonePe RBI PSO and Payment Aggregator compliance programme
- Manage NPCI UPI, IMPS, and BBPS periodic compliance filings
- Monitor RBI and NPCI circulars for payment compliance impact
- Coordinate annual PCI-DSS QSA assessment for 5B+ monthly transactions
- Provide compliance opinions for new payment product launches
- Conduct compliance training for PhonePe product and technology teams
