Hexaware Technologies is hiring a Performance Tester for its digital quality engineering practice. You will conduct performance, load, stress, and scalability testing for enterprise web and mobile applications across banking and retail clients.
The role requires expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, and the ability to analyze system bottlenecks and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Design and execute performance test plans using JMeter and LoadRunner
- Identify system bottlenecks through profiling and analysis
- Present performance reports and recommendations to client stakeholders
- 2-5 years of performance testing experience
- Proficiency in Apache JMeter and HP LoadRunner or Gatling
- Experience analyzing performance metrics (response time, throughput, CPU/memory)
- Knowledge of profiling tools (JProfiler, APM tools like Dynatrace)
- Scripting skills in Python, Java, or Groovy for test script development
- Understanding of database query performance analysis
- Design performance test scripts and scenarios for web and API applications
- Execute load, stress, and soak tests and monitor system behavior
- Analyze bottlenecks in application, database, and infrastructure layers
- Document test results and provide optimization recommendations
- Retest after fixes to validate performance improvements
