Accenture Testing Centre of Excellence is hiring a Performance Test Engineer to conduct load, stress, and endurance testing for enterprise banking and retail client applications.
You will identify bottlenecks, provide tuning recommendations, and build automated performance regression gates in client CI/CD pipelines.
- 3–5 years performance testing experience
- Apache JMeter and Gatling proficiency
- Grafana and InfluxDB monitoring stack
- APM: Dynatrace or AppDynamics
- SQL and backend profiling for root cause analysis
- CI/CD pipeline integration for performance gates
- Design and execute JMeter load test scenarios
- Conduct stress, spike, soak, and scalability tests
- Analyse APM data to identify performance bottlenecks
- Produce performance engineering reports with tuning recommendations
- Automate performance regression tests in Jenkins CI
