- Handle inbound customer queries on shipment status and delivery exceptions
- Coordinate with field teams for same-day delivery resolution
- Update shipment records and exception logs in BlueDart's TMS system
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good Hindi and English communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, web-based applications)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Prior logistics or customer service experience is preferred
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate exception resolutions with field delivery teams
- Update tracking systems and generate delivery confirmation reports
- Escalate unresolved cases to senior operations team
- Achieve daily KPIs for query resolution and customer satisfaction
