Zepto is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee 25+ dark store operations across Bangalore, ensuring 10-minute delivery SLA, inventory accuracy, and delivery rider efficiency at scale.
- 4–7 years operations management in e-commerce, retail, or logistics
- Quick commerce or last-mile delivery experience preferred
- Strong data analytics and Excel/Looker dashboard skills
- Inventory management systems experience
- People management of 50+ field staff
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- Manage 25+ Zepto dark stores across Bangalore zone
- Own delivery SLA, order accuracy, and inventory shrinkage metrics
- Manage and develop dark store managers and delivery leads
- Drive daily operational reviews and escalation resolution
- Coordinate with supply chain team on replenishment
- Submit weekly operations performance reports to leadership
