Lendingkart is hiring an Operations Analyst for its lending operations team to build MIS dashboards, analyse loan processing TAT, and improve operations efficiency for instant business loans to 1M+ SMEs.

  • 2–4 years operations analysis or MIS in NBFC or fintech
  • Advanced SQL for lending data investigation
  • Excel and Power BI for MIS reporting
  • Lean process improvement or Six Sigma basics
  • SME lending operations domain experience preferred
  • Build daily loan processing TAT and approval rate dashboards in Power BI
  • Analyse underwriting and disbursal bottlenecks in the lending process
  • Produce weekly lending operations MIS for CEO and CHRO
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce TAT
  • Support RBI NBFC annual inspection MIS preparation
