Required Qualifications: - We welcome fresher graduates who are eager to learn and grow with us. No prior experience required, but strong fundamentals and enthusiasm are essential. - Strong proficiency in Express, JavaScript, Linux - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Self-motivated and ability to work independently - Passion for learning new technologies - Experience with version control systems (Git) Preferred Qualifications: - fresher years of professional experience in a similar role - Experience with REST APIs, npm - Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices - Understanding of microservices - Contribution to open-source projects - Experience with automated testing

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy high-quality node.js developer solutions - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Participate in design and architecture discussions - Conduct and participate in code reviews - Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments - Optimize application performance and identify bottlenecks - Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements - Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies - Contribute to team documentation and knowledge base - Mentor and support junior team members - Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) - Implement security best practices in code and architecture
