Tata Communications is hiring NOC L2 Engineers for its 24x7 Global Network Operations Centre monitoring and managing enterprise MPLS and SD-WAN networks across 190+ countries.
You will investigate P1 and P2 network faults, coordinate with ISPs globally, and restore enterprise connectivity within strict SLA windows.
- 2–4 years NOC operations experience
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- BGP, MPLS, and SD-WAN troubleshooting
- SolarWinds or IBM Tivoli monitoring
- ServiceNow incident management
- 24x7 shift rotation willingness
- Monitor global enterprise MPLS and SD-WAN network 24x7
- Investigate and resolve P1/P2 network incidents within SLA
- Coordinate fault resolution with global ISP partners
- Maintain accurate fault logs and shift handover notes
- Escalate complex faults to L3 network engineering teams
