Mphasis is hiring NOC L2 Engineers for 24x7 network operations monitoring and incident management for a US insurance company's global IT infrastructure.
- 2–4 years NOC operations experience
- Network monitoring: SolarWinds or PRTG
- Linux and Windows server basics
- ServiceNow incident management
- CCNA certification preferred
- 24x7 shift rotation willingness
- Monitor network and server health dashboards 24x7
- Acknowledge and investigate P1/P2 alerts
- Coordinate resolution with L3 resolver teams
- Maintain accurate shift logs and handover notes
- Track incident SLA adherence
