ShareChat's AI team is hiring an NLP Engineer to build content understanding, moderation, and recommendation models for 15 Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Kannada.
- 3–5 years NLP engineering
- Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Multilingual BERT, IndicBERT, or XLM-RoBERTa
- Text classification, intent detection, and entity recognition
- Model deployment with FastAPI or TorchServe
- Indic language processing experience strongly preferred
- Build and fine-tune NLP models for Indic language content
- Deploy models to production ML serving infrastructure
- Monitor model performance and handle data drift
- Build data annotation and labelling pipelines
