- 3–5 years NLP engineering
- Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Multilingual BERT, IndicBERT, or XLM-RoBERTa
- Text classification, intent detection, and entity recognition
- Model deployment with FastAPI or TorchServe
- Indic language processing experience strongly preferred
- Build and fine-tune NLP models for Indic language content

- Monitor model performance and handle data drift
