Wipro's cybersecurity practice is hiring a Network Security Engineer to design and manage network security infrastructure for enterprise clients in banking and insurance sectors. You will work on next-generation firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and zero-trust network access solutions.
The role involves supporting client environments in a managed security services model with 24x7 coverage requirements. Strong Palo Alto and Cisco network security skills are essential for this position.
- Design and deploy Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewall policies for enterprise clients
- Manage VPN, NAC, and zero-trust network access implementations
- Respond to network security incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- 3-6 years of network security engineering experience
- Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama management
- Experience with Cisco ASA, FTD, and ISE for network access control
- Knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, ZTNA)
- PCNSA, CCNP Security, or equivalent certification required
- Understanding of SIEM integration for network security events
- Design, deploy, and manage next-gen firewall policies for enterprise clients
- Implement and optimize VPN and ZTNA solutions
- Monitor network security events and respond to incidents
- Conduct security reviews of network architecture changes
- Prepare monthly security health reports for clients
