Bharti Airtel is hiring a Network Operations Engineer for the 24x7 NOC managing broadband, enterprise, and ISP network infrastructure across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circles.

  • 2–4 years ISP or enterprise NOC operations experience
  • BGP, OSPF, and MPLS routing troubleshooting
  • FTTH and broadband last-mile access network experience
  • Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia network equipment
  • Solarwinds or Netcracker NMS monitoring
  • CCNA certification preferred
  • 24x7 shift rotation willingness
  • Monitor ISP broadband and enterprise network health 24x7
  • Troubleshoot P1/P2 broadband and enterprise link faults
  • Coordinate with field engineers for physical circuit restoration
  • Log all faults and resolutions in Airtel ticketing system
  • Submit circle network performance reports to NOC Manager
