Network Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing Level 1 customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Works with product, code, and configuration problems, documents all interactions in CRM, interfaces with international customers, and escalates unresolved cases to L2/L3 TAC.
