Nokia India is hiring a Network Engineer for the 5G RAN delivery team supporting Airtel, Jio, and Vi's 5G NR network deployment and optimisation across India's metro and Tier 1 city circles.
- 3–5 years telecom RAN engineering experience
- 5G NR and 4G LTE gNB and eNB configuration
- Nokia AirScale BTS commissioning and integration
- KPI analysis: RSRP, SINR, throughput, and handover
- Drive test analysis using TEMS or Nemo
- Python scripting for automation preferred
- Commission and integrate Nokia AirScale 5G NR base stations
- Perform site acceptance tests and KPI optimisation
- Analyse drive test data and identify coverage and interference issues
- Configure Nokia RAN parameters for customer-committed KPIs
- Produce site integration and handover reports for Indian telecom operators
