Tech Mahindra is hiring a .NET Core API Developer for a US healthcare client's digital patient engagement portal, building REST APIs for appointment scheduling, telemedicine, and insurance verification.
- 2–4 years C# and .NET Core development
- ASP.NET Core Web API and Entity Framework Core
- Azure cloud: App Service, SQL Database, Service Bus
- Healthcare domain: HL7, FHIR, or HIPAA compliance exposure
- xUnit or NUnit testing
- Good SQL Server skills
- Build RESTful APIs for patient portal features
- Implement HL7 and FHIR integration for EHR systems
- Write xUnit tests for all API endpoints
- Deploy and monitor APIs on Azure App Service
- Participate in daily scrum with US onshore team
