Lendingkart is hiring an NBFC Compliance Manager to own regulatory compliance for the digital SME lending NBFC — managing RBI inspections, digital lending guideline compliance, and internal audit oversight.
- 7–10 years NBFC or banking compliance experience
- RBI NBFC master directions: digital lending, KYC, and fair practice code
- CA or CS with financial services compliance expertise
- RBI inspection and internal audit management
- FIU-India STR filing and AML programme management
- Own Lendingkart NBFC regulatory compliance programme
- Manage RBI digital lending guideline compliance across all products
- Prepare and file returns with RBI, MCA, and FIU-India
- Coordinate annual RBI NBFC inspection preparation
- Conduct compliance training for lending operations and technology teams
- Provide compliance opinions on new lending product launches
