Flipkart's ML Platform team is hiring an ML Platform Engineer to build the feature store, model registry, and model serving infrastructure used by 200+ data scientists and ML engineers to deploy recommendation and pricing models to production.
- 4–7 years ML engineering or data engineering
- Feature store design and implementation: Feast or Tecton
- Model serving: Seldon, BentoML, or TorchServe
- MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry
- Kubernetes and Docker for ML workload orchestration
- Python and strong software engineering practices
- Apache Spark for large-scale feature computation
- Build and maintain Flipkart's centralised ML feature store
- Develop model serving infrastructure for 50+ production ML models
- Build self-service tooling for data scientists to deploy models safely
- Implement model monitoring for data drift and performance degradation
- Reduce model deployment cycle time from weeks to hours
- Mentor ML engineers on platform best practices
