Innovaccer is hiring an ML Engineer to build and deploy clinical AI models — from NLP-based clinical note extraction to care gap prediction — serving 3,000+ US healthcare organisations and 100M+ patients.
- 3–5 years ML engineering with healthcare NLP experience
- Clinical NLP: BioBERT, ClinicalBERT, or Med-PaLM fine-tuning
- Named entity recognition for medical entities: ICD-10, medications, procedures
- Model serving at low latency with FastAPI or TorchServe
- HIPAA-compliant ML pipeline design
- Python: PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers
- Build clinical NLP models for medical note entity extraction
- Deploy healthcare AI models to HIPAA-compliant production serving
- Develop care gap and risk prediction model pipelines
- Build LLM-powered clinical summarisation features
- Monitor clinical AI model accuracy and bias metrics
- Collaborate with clinical informatics and product teams
