Freshworks is hiring an ML Engineer to build the Freddy AI Copilot — the generative AI assistant that helps 60,000+ customer support and sales teams draft replies, summarise tickets, and automate workflows inside Freshdesk and Freshsales.
- 3–5 years ML engineering with GenAI product experience
- LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering expertise
- RAG pipeline development with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLM API integration
- FastAPI model serving backend
- LLM evaluation framework design and red-teaming
- Build Freddy AI Copilot features for Freshdesk and Freshsales
- Fine-tune LLMs on customer support conversation datasets
- Develop RAG pipelines for knowledge base grounding
- Build LLM evaluation and quality assurance frameworks
- Optimise LLM inference cost and response latency
- Monitor Freddy AI quality metrics in production
