NestAway is hiring a MERN Stack Developer to build and improve features across its property listing, tenant onboarding, and rent management platform. You will work on web apps used by tenants, homeowners, and field operations teams that manage thousands of rental properties across India.
The role involves ownership of features end-to-end, from React UI to MongoDB-backed Node.js APIs. You will work in small, autonomous teams with frequent product feedback loops.
- Build tenant-facing React portals for rent payment and maintenance requests
- Develop Node.js APIs for property management and field operations
- Integrate payment gateways and SMS communication workflows
- 2-4 years of full-stack MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) development
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with JWT authentication and role-based access control
- Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management
- Familiarity with AWS EC2, S3 deployments
- Real estate or property management domain exposure is a plus
- Build full-stack features for tenant, homeowner, and operations portals
- Develop REST APIs and React UI with end-to-end ownership
- Write automated tests and maintain CI/CD pipeline integration
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
