Pine Labs is hiring Merchant Success Executives to onboard, train, and support merchant partners — from standalone retailers to enterprise chains — on Pine Labs POS terminals, payment acceptance, and BNPL features.
- 1–3 years merchant management or B2B account management
- Retail or payments domain experience preferred
- Good English and Hindi communication
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving
- Onboard new merchants onto Pine Labs POS terminal and BNPL platform
- Train retail staff on UPI, card, and BNPL payment acceptance
- Resolve merchant transaction and settlement queries
- Conduct periodic merchant satisfaction and usage reviews
- Submit weekly merchant onboarding and satisfaction reports
