  • 5–8 years marketing analytics or growth analytics experience
  • Expert SQL and Python for marketing data analysis
  • Multi-touch attribution modelling with AppsFlyer and Google Analytics
  • Marketing mix modelling and incrementality testing
  • Tableau or Looker for marketing dashboards
  • Travel or e-commerce marketing analytics experience preferred
  • Own MakeMyTrip marketing attribution and measurement strategy
  • Build marketing mix models for ₹200Cr+ annual spend optimisation
  • Design incrementality experiments for digital and offline marketing
  • Build unified marketing analytics dashboards for CMO
  • Present weekly marketing performance insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with media agencies on campaign measurement
