- 4–6 years hotel contracting or hotel commercial management in OTA
- Strong rate negotiation and hotel commercial contract management
- Revenue management understanding for hotels
- Good hotel market knowledge for Maharashtra and Goa
- Excel and SQL for inventory analytics
- Onboard and contract 2,000+ hotels in Maharashtra and Goa
- Negotiate preferential rates, allocations, and promotions
- Monitor hotel content quality and rate competitiveness
- Drive hotel promotional deals for peak travel seasons
- Submit weekly hotel inventory performance reports to Hotels VP
