- 3–5 years ML engineering experience
- Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
- Recommendation systems: collaborative filtering, two-tower models
- Feature stores and large-scale feature engineering
- Model deployment and serving at scale
- Kafka and Spark for real-time feature pipelines
- Build and iterate on personalisation ML models
- Deploy models to production recommendation serving infrastructure
- Monitor model performance and data quality
- Run and analyse A/B experiments
- Optimise inference latency and throughput
