Delhivery is hiring a Product Manager for the Logistics Tech team to own the delivery partner app, route optimisation, and delivery SLA management products for 2M+ daily shipments across India's largest logistics network.
- 4–6 years product management in logistics, maps, or operations tech
- Strong data analytics and SQL skills
- Experience building mobile apps for field operations staff
- Geospatial and route optimisation product knowledge preferred
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations
- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
- Own delivery partner mobile app roadmap
- Build and improve route optimisation algorithms for last-mile delivery
- Define delivery SLA management and exception handling features
- Analyse delivery partner behaviour and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with data science on ETA prediction product integration
- Present logistics tech strategy to Delhivery CEO monthly
