- 3PL partner management: Delhivery, Ecom Express, and XpressBees
- Delivery SLA, returns, and reverse logistics management
- Data analytics with Excel and SQL for logistics KPI tracking
- Tier 2/3 India logistics challenges experience preferred
- Own delivery SLA and NPS for 500,000+ Snapdeal sellers
- Manage 3PL partner performance reviews and contractual KPIs
- Drive returns logistics optimisation and cost reduction
- Resolve seller logistics escalations within SLA
- Submit weekly logistics performance dashboard to COO
