Delhivery is hiring Logistics Operations Executives for its Delhi gateway hub to manage shipment sorting, booking, and delivery management for 2M+ daily parcels across India's largest logistics network.
- Any graduate with 0–2 years logistics, warehouse, or operations experience
- Basic computer and MS Office proficiency
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Physical ability to work in warehouse and hub environment
- Freshers with logistics interest welcome
- Manage daily shipment booking, sorting, and manifesting operations
- Coordinate with delivery partners on first-mile and last-mile pickups
- Resolve customer shipment delay and damage queries
- Meet daily throughput and SLA targets at Delhi gateway hub
- Update shipment tracking data in Delhivery's operations platform
